Oliver Lee (born 14 February 1986) is an English actor, who is best known for playing gay teenager 'Josh Jones' in the television series Hollyoaks: In the City.
He has a re-occurring role ITV soap opera Emmerdale as Pearl Ladderbank's Grandson Owen Hartbourne. The character is currently offscreen living in Hong Kong appearing periodically. Other TV work includes an adaptation of The Bad Mothers Handbook, where he played Paul, the young man (boyfriend of Holly Grainger's character) who got his teenage lover pregnant. by Kate Long, which also stars Catherine Tate, and Legless a film for Red Productions and Channel 4
He is the proud winner of the prestigious MEN Theatre Award for 'Best Newcomer' for his portrayal of the character 'Jamie' in a touring production of Jonanthan Harvey's Beautiful Thing.
Oliver has also completed a short film called King Ponce which featured at the Cannes Film Festival 2007. He has appeared in radio dramas such as The Birth and Death Of Daylight for Radio 3 and 'The Moment Your Life Stops' for BBC Radio 4.
More recent projects include 'Awaydays' a feature film by Kevin Sampson based on his classic urban novel and 'Carrion's Wake' a feature horror film with Bigger Pictures.

Lee was born in Manchester, and attended Fred Longworth High School in Tyldesley from 1997-2002. During his time at Fred Longworth he made many appearances in school theatre productions, including Sparkleshark and Bugsy Malone. He trained at City College, Manchester.
