Oldlabour2.gif (206 × 200 pixels, file size: 25 KB, MIME type: image/gif)
Original Labour Party logo, in use until the 1980s. http://www.l-r-c.org.uk/img/logo.gif from the Labour Representation Committee website
Fair use rationale: The image is in a reasonable resolution because it was taken from the LRC Web page and was therefore chosen by Labour members to be of a low resolution they're happy to have available on the Web; it illustrates the article in question by being the latest in a series of logos which therefore illustrates the history of how the Party has presented itself to the public (along with the other logos shown it shows progression from the more traditional and left-wing image to the more 'modern' or 'branded' appearance); by definition no free alternative is available because the image is a logo; the low resolution means it cannot be used to make false party materials etc; does not harm owner's ability or right to use it; is not used in a promotional way or negative opinion way; won't make readers think Wikipedia endorses Labour or vice versa.
