State Route 168 is north-south state highway in the northeastern portion of the U.S. state of Ohio. Its southern terminus, also the southern terminus of State Route 528, is along State Route 88 at U.S. Route 422 in the village of Parkman, about 6½ miles south of Middlefield, and its northern terminus, also the northern terminus of State Route 700, is at State Route 87 in Burton.

- 1924 – Original route established[2]; originally routed from Burton to North Bloomfield along the current alignment of State Route 87[3].
- 1926 – Rerouted along the former alingmnet of State Route 87 from Parkman to Burton; Burton to North Bloomfield certified as State Route 87[3].
