Fair use of my low resoulution picture of the book cover for October Dreams edited by Richard Chizmar and Robert Morrish. Publishing by Cemetery Dance Publications in 2000. It is to be used for a page for the novel and about the book (October Dreams), a subject of public interest. Portion used: Cover only. Sufficient resolution for illustration, but considerably lower resolution than original cover. Image is protected by copyright, therefore a free use alternative won't exist.
