Novantas was founded in 1999 by leaders from the management consulting industry.
Novantas serves nine of the top ten U.S. banks, and three of the top five Canadian banks, many of them continuously for the past seven years. Novantas serves four of the top seven card companies, as well as many of the largest US brokerage firms and insurers.
Novantas’ work spans North America, Europe, Latin America, and Southeast Asia. Recently, Novantas has expanded into Eastern Europe and the Middle East, bringing new capabilities to major new clients in these regions. Novantas maintains project offices in Chicago, IL, Madrid, Spain and Ontario, Canada.

Consulting Services
Novantas’ consulting services are focused on issues of revenue strategy, which they describe as "customer science." Customer science encompasses the disciplines of defining, building, managing and measuring revenue-generating capabilities – branding, market mix management, segmentation, product design, pricing, distribution management, and customer experience.
The Firm works with clients to develop customer-focused strategies, and provide strategy implementation and information services to help clients measure and maximize competitive positioning. Novantas is best known for services that improve client customer franchise value through disciplined and scientific solutions. The Firm’s goal is to introduce more analytical rigor into decision processes that have become too complex or nuanced to manage by instinct.
