North Quay is a proposed office development, consisting of three towers on the north side of Canary Wharf in London.
Developer - Canary Wharf Group.
Heights:
Tower 1 - 221m - 40 floors.
Tower 2 - 120m - 18 floors.
Tower 3 - 209m - 38 floors.
The towers were approved in January 2007, a press release was posted on the official Canary Wharf website on the twelfth of January. It announced the two skyscrapers as being 209m and 221m above ground level, slightly taller than previously thought.
North Quay will be built after Riverside South if problems with crossrail can be overcome, as it will run underneath the proposed towers. The towers may be built separately, with tower one being the first built.
