Norman Low (born March 23, 1914 in Aberdeen, died May 21, 1994 in Toronto) was a Scottish association football player and manager. The son of a Scotland international footballer, Wilf Low, he began his professional career with Liverpool, but struggled to get into the first team, and left after three years for Newport County, where he spent ten years, either side of World War II. He moved onto Norwich City in 1946, and was appointed manager four years later[1] He was sacked after five years in charge, before having spells with Workington and Port Vale, whom he led to the Football League Division Four title in 1959.[2] He later served as a scout at Stoke City and Liverpool, before emigrating to North America.
