The image is copyrighted and the official logo of the National Law School of India University. I, (— Nearly Headless Nick {C}) believe that this image qualifies for fair use on the not-for-profit project of Wikipedia.
- It is a low resolution image of the official logo;
- The low resolution image cannot be used to make illegal copies of the same;
- No free equivalent exists that would identify the article's subject
- The image has been published outside Wikipedia, see source
- The image meets general Wikipedia content requirements and is encyclopedic.
- The image meets Wikipedia's media-specific policy.
