Newquay Zoo is a zoological garden located in Newquay, England. Opened in 1969, it was privately owned by Mike Thomas and Roger Martin until 2003. In August 2003 Stewart Muir became the new manager and the zoo became part of the Whitley Conservation Trust, alongside Paignton Zoo and Living Coasts. The zoo is a registered charity,[1] and was awarded Visitor Attraction of The Year 2006.
Newquay Zoo is Cornwall's only zoo and covers over 10 acres of land, as well as housing 300 animals of many species.

The animal collection at Newquay consists of many species, including endangered red pandas, lemurs and Sulawesi crested macaques, as well as penguins, meerkats, lions, coatis, raccoons, wallabies, squirrel monkeys and tapirs.
The zoo has a tropical house which houses sloths, tropical birds, reptiles and insects. Animal encounters and feeding time talks are also available. Tarzan Trail, Children’s Play Area and the Dragon Maze are provided for children’s entertainment.
