New York State Route 100A is a 4.21-mile long loop route of New York State Route 100 in the town of Greenburgh (in Westchester County). It starts in the hamlet of Hartsdale and ends in the community of Grasslands at the boundary between the towns Greenburgh and Mount Pleasant.

NY 100A splits from NY 100 along West Hartsdale Avenue, passing by several country clubs as it heads north. It crosses NY 100B 1.5 miles from its southern end, where the road changes name to Knollwood Road. Knollwood Road runs along the eastern village line of Elmsford, crossing over NY 119 and I-287. The road continues north, passing by the Westchester Community College, ending at a four-way intersection where it meets NY 100 and NY 100C near the Kensico Cemetery.

NY 100A was designated in the 1930 state highway renumbering and has not had any major changes since.
