However, as a general rule, talk pages such as Talk:Guitar Hero (series) are for discussion related to improving the article, not general discussion about the topic. WP is not meant to post your own opinions or ideas (see what Wikipedia is not, though you are free to use your userpage for anything you want.
As for characters, we have previously determined that because there's no impact on the game or the like (only visual changes), mentioning the characters in any more detail than already is there is not necessary. --MASEM 04:21, 12 January 2008 (UTC)

Hi there. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. On many keyboards, the tilde is entered by holding the Shift key, and pressing the key with the tilde pictured. You may also click on the signature button 
located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your name and the time you posted the comment. This information is useful because other editors will be able to tell who said what, and when. Thank you! --SineBot (talk) 17:27, 12 January 2008 (UTC)

I read your message, and I have to let you know that I do not play any games within the Guitar Hero/Rock Band series. I took interest in GHIII during the development stages while bands and/or tracks were being confirmed, as it seemed to be pretty good (specifically, Beastie Boys). I don't have PS2, I just took interest in the situation in which wired controllers were being distributed, and found it somewhat funny. Wikipedia is not the place for cheats, or to distribute cheats. If your parents did, in fact, block you from accessing gaming sites, I would suggest that either you have a friend email or IM them to you, or print them out at a public library instead of asking 4-5 Wikipedians to get them for you. If you must use Wikipedia to access them, you might as well go to the Reference desk. Sir, even a google search will bring up results that aren't gaming sites. Even if your parents did block your access from gaming sites, you could still do a google search, and view a cached version of any gaming site. Doing so would technically be considered viewing something on Google, and not on the original gaming site. Socby19 (talk) 06:17, 14 January 2008 (UTC)

In the same website i told you about ( https://www.headfrost.com ) There is a place at the bottom where you can enter the website you want to go to, and it will enable javascript. In the afternoon, we will hold a session dedicated to meta:Wikimedia New York City activities, and have salon-style group discussions on Wikipedia and the other Wikimedia projects (see the last meeting's minutes).
Well also make preparations for our exciting Wikipedia Takes Manhattan event, a free content photography contest for Columbia University students planned for Friday March 28 (about 2 weeks after our meeting).
In the evening, we'll share dinner and chat at a local restaurant, and (weather permitting) hold a late-night astronomy event at Columbia's telescopes.
