Natasa Pazaiti-Karamanli (Greek: Νατάσα Παζαΐτη-Καραμανλή (Natása Pazaïti-Karamanlí, 1966 - ), is the first lady of Greece. She is married to Mr. Kostas Karamanlis. Mr Karmanlis has been the Prime Minister of Greece for 4 years, and was recently re-elected for a second 4 year term. Together they have twin children, Aliki and Alexandos. Mrs. Karamanli was born in Thessaloniki Greece in 1966. It was there that she completed her secondary education, and also was a member of the Greek Women's Traditional Dansing Association ("Lykeio Ellinidon") for many years.

Natasa Karamanli has contributed immensly in social and charitable organizations. Her social work is focused in helping children in various ways. She is particularly interested in bringing unprivileged children closer to the arts, ecology, and culture. According to Greek Newspaper Kathimerini (english edition) in 2006 she visited Rome to support the Greek team at the Special Olympics European Youth Games. In 1988 Mrs. Karamanli graduated from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Thessaloniki, Greece with a degree in Kindergarten Education. She continued her education at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, and in 2002 she was rewarded a PhD from the Department of Medicine. Her doctoral thesis is titled "Memory and Learning in Children with Prenatal Asphyxia." In 2004 she graduated with a MD, (Medical Doctorate) degree from the same department, School of Health Sciences.
