[edit] external link section
Please do not obstinately delete every link from the external link section. Not every external link is spam! Specifically User:Derek_farn and User:Wyatt Riot please argue why you deleted my entry. I reviewed WP:EL and cannot find a reason to not include the link. The referred page is free, does not contain objectionable amounts of advertising, does not need registration, is accessible, does not sell anything and is cleary not commercial! Instead, it is a community tool and serves as a good example and starting point for interested readers.
In addition, I cannot see why you deleted some of the other links from the article (same argument).
Also, the comment of User:Derek_farn is derogatory. Please take edits seriously. Not everyone is a spammer.

- I agree with the other editors that the link does not meet WP:EL guidelines (e.g., low-value, has advertising, Wikipedia is not a web directory, etc). Please don't add it again. OhNoitsJamie Talk 17:58, 17 March 2008 (UTC)
- Honestly, I think a page with nearly 50% of its vertical space taken up by ads is the definition of "objectionable amounts of advertising". Wyatt Riot (talk) 23:29, 17 March 2008 (UTC)

- I still don't agree with you, User:Wyatt Riot and User:Ohnoitsjamie, as there are many articles which include similar and helpful external links and the guidelines are vague and sketchy at times. Even printed encyclopedia include web links without being a web directory! Also, I found a couple of interesting links (some of them to pages with ads on them, huh) in the history of the article and it's beyond my imagination how you want to improve the quality by omitting them. Maybe you should rethink your rigid interpretation of the WP:EL. However, I'll leave it at that. —Preceding unsigned comment added by BubaHuba (talk • contribs) 02:29, 18 March 2008 (UTC)
