[edit] Alternate classification and taxonomic hurdles
This page [1] gives this classification: Archosauromorpha; Archosauria; Crurotarsi; Crocodylotarsi; Phytosauria. This site [2] gives a cladogram, putting the two species in the subfamily Pseudopalatinae. This site [3] gives synonyms. The taxobox needs: type_species, type_species_authority, species (as final taxa) with links to their information (could be in same article), and authorities for each of the two species. - Figures of the skulls may be difficult to produce, as I'm not sure what the non-free media related policies are regarding extinct animals. All the images I've found on the skulls appear to be copyrighted, and I don't know if copyrighted images of skulls or other bones are permitted, or if free-use/public-domain use versions are preferred. For reference, Alioramus, Othnielosaurus, and Coelurus are recent dinosaur GAs; it would help immensely to get some of the scientific literature concerning this beastie. J. Spencer (talk) 20:18, 26 May 2008 (UTC)
