The Kliq is a former Wikipedia editing stable that has disbanded. The userbox is no longer needed, so it can be deleted. I tagged it for speedy deletion, but the tag was removed. -- iMatthew _T.C. 20:54, 9 June 2008 (UTC)

The group officially disbanded a while ago, and I've contacted all former members on their approval of the deletion of the userbox. Once there they put their two cents in, I think it's ok to have deleted. -- iMatthew _T.C. 21:01, 9 June 2008 (UTC)

I declined the speedy because iMatthew was not the creator (request was tagged with u1) and there's at least 1 person still using the userbox. No prejudice to the MFD. xenocidic (talk) 21:01, 9 June 2008 (UTC)

Declining the speedy was the right thing under those circumstances, but at the same time, a wide community input isn't necessary if the "authors" (being kliq members) all agree to let it go to the digital dustbin. :-) Keeper | 76 | Disclaimer 21:03, 9 June 2008 (UTC)

<outdent>If you particular editors want to fight out whether the "kliq" should exist, that's fine. Do it on your talkpages. This isn't the place for it. This is an MFD for a userbox, of all the triviality. • Comment. It appears the user still using the box is using it in the sense of the pro wrestling stable, not as part of an editing group. Maybe the box should be kept, but the link repointed to the article. Same box, new meaning. --UsaSatsui (talk) 01:20, 10 June 2008 (UTC)

• I, just for the heck of it would like to mention WP:OWN. I mean, why are we sitting around waiting for the three or so user that claim to have started this "kliq" to tell the community when to delete and when not to delete content that is completely under their (the communities) control? This is a MfD, not a talk page where everyone gets together and discusses who owns the rights to the userbox and if the "leaders" approve of its deletion. Tiptoety ^talk 03:05, 10 June 2008 (UTC)
