"Mint Car" is the name of a single released by the British group The Cure in 1996. The song was initially released on the album Wild Mood Swings, and reached #31 on the United Kingdom charts and #14 at the U.S.A. Modern Rock Tracks chart. Robert Smith has stated in an interview that he thought this song was better and would be more well received than "Friday I'm in Love".[citation needed]
The single included two remixes of the song, as well as three songs not available on the album.
