Milies (Greek: Μηλιές) is a Greek village located east of Istiaia in the Euboea island and prefecture. Milies is located 15 km east of Istiea, northwest of Chalkida and about 3 hours from the Greek capital city of Athens. Milies is in the municipality of Istiaia. Its population in 2001 was 214 for the municipal district. Its elevation is at 460 m. It was an independent commune until 2001 when it became a part of the municipality of Milies. The village is built on the slopes of the Pelion mountains.

The mountains dominate the area, forests dominates the area some grasslands and bushes, farmlands and groves are within the village and it produces olives and other crops. The Strait of Euboea lies to the north and features its beaches.

Historically the town was the unity of two settlements, Palaiovryssi (Παλαιόβρυση) and Karytsa (Καρύτσα), around the same time during the Fall of Constantinople in 1453. The inhabitants of the village left for Milies in Magnesia to prevent against barbarian attacks. The town of the same name in Pelio is built on a mountain where the sea cannot be seen.
Archaeological findings which occurred on the hill named Lavrenti or Lavrendi (Λαυρέντη) near the village saw that it has inhabitants during the ancient times and it had settlements during the Classical and the Hellenistic periods.

Milies has church and a square (plateia), its school, nearest lyceum (middle school) and gymnasium (high school) are in Istiea.
