Miletich Fighting Systems (MFS) is a mixed martial arts (MMA) training organization. It is highly regarded in the wrestling world.[6]

Organization and structure

MFS traces its roots to 1997, when fighter Pat Miletich established one of the early MMA training gyms.[6] It later established a number of affiliate schools.[6]

IFL fight team

Miletich Fighting Systems is one of the camps participating in the International Fight League. Coached by former UFC Lightweight Champion Pat Miletich, Miletich Fighting Systems takes place of the Quad City Silverbacks who were the first IFL team champions.

Miletich Fighting Systems was established in 2008 when the IFL switched to a more camp based system then a team based system.
