Hello! I have just re-created this article about the Midwest Pipe Band Association as part of WikiProject Pipe Bands. While I am aware that a previous article of this name was deleted because it did not demonstrate sufficient importance, I think that the new version should speak for itself as the overseer of the Midwest competition piping community.--MatthewLiberal 17:19, 28 October 2007 (UTC)
