Midlands 103 is a radio station broadcasting to Laois, Offaly and Westmeath.
The station's headquarters is in Tullamore, and it also has studios in Athlone, Mullingar, and Portlaoise.

[edit] Main Programming
The Jumbo Breakfast Show is on-air since 30 April 2007 and is presented by John McDonnell. His side-kick on the show is Robbie Donnelly (see below) and regular news updates are provided by M103 Head of News Clara Walsh. The programme is home to the 'Arrive in Your Drive' promotion, offering over 20,000 euro in prizes to early-risers.
The Midlands Today show is presented by Will Faulkner, formerly of CKR FM, KCLR 96FM, Dublin's 98FM and Independent Network News. It is produced by Sinead Hubble and covers a wide variety of topics. The show draws almost 50000 daily local listeners. Faulkner also serves as Programme Controller of Midlands 103.
Tommy McMabe plays 12 songs from the 60s, 70s, 80s and 90s during the Classic 12@12. McCabe has worked on a wide range of stations including CKRFM and Limerick's Live 95FM. The show was formally presented by Greg Browne, who has worked previously for CKRFM, Kfm Kildare, Spin1038 Dublin (in production) and in the UK for the Impulse live national network. Browne no longer works in radio (apart from his online business www.realaudioproductions.com), he is currently training to be an airline pilot in Spain.
Roy 'The Boy' Jennings presents the Afternoon Show, a mix of music and competitions. Jennings is also Head of Music for Midlands 103, making him responsible for all playlisting. He is the contact for any new musical talent.
Carl James spins the Drivetime hits from 16:30-19:00 and the show includes the Main Evening News and Sport. Regular features include the Mystery Sound, the Movie Track and a look through the evening papers. James operates a highly successful entertainment company and has worked with Clare FM.
Seanie Morris presents the best in popular musical memories with Strictly Retro from 10:00 to midnight nightly on Mondays to Wednesdays. 70's, 80's, and 90's are presented in a fast-paced show with the One Hit Wonder quiz, Retro Movies with prizes, and The Cruise to Snooze. Seanie earned this slot on the programme through winning the Radio Idol competition in November 2007. Seanie conducts his own web and graphic design business during the day, and has been an entertainment DJ by night for 10 years.

The newsroom is staffed by two full-time journalists, a sports reporter and a Head of News. Midlands 103 also uses freelancers to cover a wealth of events across the franchise area. Any stories can by directed to newsroom@midlandsradio.fm. A full-time sports reporter provides regular updates on Gaelic games, Soccer and a variety of other sports.

Midlands 103's Commercial Production Department is run by their Production Manager, Robbie Donnelly. All of the local commercials you will hear on-air are produced at the station by Donnelly and his team. Robbie joined Midlands 103 in January 2007, and previously he was a Presenter and Sponsorship & Promotions Executive at Channel 103fm in Jersey, which is also a Tindle Radio Group Station.
