The Mid-South Conference (or MSC) is an athletic conference affiliated with the NAIA. Member institutions are located in Georgia, Kentucky, Mississippi, Tennessee, Virginia, and West Virginia. It is headquartered in Louisville, Kentucky.
Five of the league's six all-sports members were previously members of the Kentucky Intercollegiate Athletic Conference. Campbellsville University, the University of the Cumberlands, Georgetown College, Lindsey Wilson College, Pikeville College, and West Virginia University Institute of Technology comprise the Mid-South's all-sports membership. The remaining seven members only compete in the sport of football.
The league is headquartered in Louisville, Kentucky and is led by commissioner Mike Pollio.

MSC schools compete in men's baseball, men’s and women’s basketball, cheerleading, men’s and women’s cross country, men’s and women’s golf, men's football, men’s and women’s soccer, women's softball, men’s and women’s tennis, and women's volleyball.
