Michaël Ciani (born April 6, 1984 in Paris, France) is a French association footballer who plays as a defender for Ligue 1 outfit FC Lorient.
He started his career in 2002 with Championnat de France Amateurs side Racing Club Paris. After one season he moved to Belgium to play for Charleroi. He then moved back to France to play in Ligue 1 with Auxerre for a season, but did not make a single appearance. He moved to Sedan, where he stayed for a year before joining newly-promoted Lorient in 2006.
