MHz WorldView is an independent, non-commercial television channel delivering newscasts and other programs from around the world, providing diverse cultural perspectives for a globally-minded US audience.
A 501(c) (3) non-profit organization, MHz Worldview is owned and operated by Commonwealth Public Broadcasting Corporation who also run MHz Networks. MHz has studio facilities in Falls Church, VA and at Washington, DC’s Ronald Reagan Building and International Trade Center.
MHz WorldView offers international newscasts, documentaries, cultural programming, dramas, films & mysteries, music and sports- in English or with English subtitles.
With a belief in promoting and illuminating world awareness, MHz Worldview proudly delivers a wide range of world dynamics, showing all the world has to offer, direct from the source, without political or commercial confines.
The channel is available in over 15 million households nationally via DirecTV International package channel 2183, WorldTV direct to home satellite channel 52 and via broadcast and cable affiliates in: Chicago, IL- WYCC; San Francisco,CA- KCSM; Washington, DC- WNVC/MHz Networks; Tacoma-Seattle, WA- KBTC;Minneapolis, MN- MPS Cable; Denver, CO- KBDI; Salt Lake City, UT- UEN; Richmond,VA- WCVE; Flint, MI- WDCQ; Charleston, IL- WEIU; Charlottesville, VA- WHTJ; St.Paul, MN- St. Paul Neighborhood Network; Stanford, CA- Stanford University Cable.
