Metamorphosis is a fifth coming album by American rock band Papa Roach, which was originally to be entitled "Days of War Nights of Love". The albums first singles will be called "Courageous".^[1]

On May 17, 2008, Papa Roach played two new songs at the Nashville Crawfish Bowl. One of these tracks is called "Hanging On", 1, and the other was revealed by Jerry Horton to be the song, "Change Or Die", 2. The first song seems to be very punk oriented, a fast-anthem like track, while the second one sounds heavier than the bands' previous work.
