It's been deleted (again, this time by myself). Here is the content from the Talk page:
This is not an attack page. The reply of the Jews of Constantinople is linked to the The Protocols of the Elders of Zion, as well the 'Jews of the universe' by Adolphe Cremieux in 1880. These are facts, and this is an encyclopedia, I do not have to give you the definition of an encyclopedia to show what it can contain.

I do not think the Jewish Virtual Library will have the letter. The 'facts' are being discredited because of their source, unless the source provides nothing but fabrication, we have no problem. I will look for a less influenced source to satisfy your skepticism.
