Hiring
Hiring is done on a continuous basis through web postings and presence at recruiting fairs. As a result of a policy aimed at young university graduates, the company largely consists of younger individuals eager to prove themselves in the work place.
Most new recruits are hired for the "International Management Trainee" program, which is a sales position primarily involving phone acquisition of new clients and learning to lead teams. Other regularly posted positions include "Source Engineer" and "Client Relations Trainee".
