- hey, I was recently in Arica, Chile and got in contact with that ssssexxxxy Chilean accent and their ever protracted 's' ssssound. Try reporting first at WP:ANI. There is a good chance that they will block him for a few days for continued disruption and incivility. Arbitration cases are only for very long and serious cases, so they will also tell you go to first to ANI. --Enric Naval (talk) 20:44, 8 June 2008 (UTC)
