The Maui Interscholastic League or MIL Consists of 12 high schools that sponsor a number of athletic sports, including football, basketball, volleyball and soccer. Moloka'i High School is a voluntary member of the MIL due to the lack of other major high schools on the island of Molokai.
St. Anthony High School, Seabury Hall Academy and Kaahumanu Hou Christian School compete in football under the moniker "Pac-Three" due to the inability of each individual school to field a football team of their own. Pac-Three began MIL play in 2004.
