Matsuda Station (松田駅 Matsuda-eki?) is a station located in southern Matsuda, Kanagawa, Japan. Shin-Matsuda Station on the Odakyu Odawara Line of the Odakyu Electric Railway is located nearby.

- February 1, 1889 Opened along with opening of National Railway between Kōzu Station and Shizuoka Station. Started handling passengers and freight services.
- October 1955 Line connecting the station and Shin-Matsuda Station was built.
- November 15, 1982 Discontinued freight services.
- April 1, 1987 Along with privatization and division of JNR, Central Japan Railway Company started operating this station.
- October 1, 1994 The station of Japan Freight Railway Company opened and re-started the freight services.
