Masaya Hashimoto

Masaya Hashimoto (橋本 昌哉 Hashimoto Masaya?) (born May 2, 1961 is a Japanese game developer from Aichi Prefecture.
He originally worked with the Nihon Falcom Corporation on Ys I: Ancient Ys Vanished and Ys II: Ancient Ys Vanished - The Final Chapter as game director and programmer as well as game designer.
His last work with Falcom was Ys III: Wanderers from Ys. After leaving Falcom, Hashimoto, along with Tomoyoshi Miyazaki, a former staff member who worked with him on the Ys series, founded Quintet in April of 1989. He currently is one of the Chief Executive Officers at Quintet. Hashimoto worked on ActRaiser for the Super Nintendo Entertainment System.
