Masae Ueno (上野雅恵) is a Japanese athlete who competed in the Athens 2004 Olympics. Masae Ueno was born January 17, 1979 in Asahikawa Hokkaidō. She earned Japan's fifth Olympic Gold Medal in ten events, taking the 70kg women's judo event.
Her younger sister, Yoshie and Tomoe are also famous judoka.
