Shouldn't 'Phase one: Marina Mall' be linked to 'Marina Mall' instead?
Looks like an update is in order " Kuwait's largest shopping mall, Marina World, opened its first phase to international acclaim in November 2002. The second phase of the complex followed in early 2004, and the third and final phase is currently underway, due for completion at the end of 2005. "
