Marc McKenzie is a Scottish footballer, currently playing for East Stirlingshire F.C. as a striker.

Marc McKenzie's first professional contract was at Albion Rovers F.C. after coming up through their youth academy. He signed professionally for them on 26 April 2003, debuting the same day, aged 17, taking part in the 2-1 win over Stirling Albion F.C. He went on the make 50 appearances for Albion (13 as sub) scoring only 2 goals over the 2 year period.

On 31 May 2005, McKenzie signed for Stenhousemuir F.C. He spent less than a year at the club, making only 8 appearances (5 as sub) scoring no goals.

On 1 March 2006, McKenzie signed for East Stirlingshire F.C. (East Stirling F.C.) In his third game for the club, he scored a hat-trick past his former club Stenhousemuir F.C. in a 5-0 thrashing. In 34 games for the club, he has scored 5 goals.
