Máo Jiànqīng (Chinese:毛剑卿)has been one of the star players for Shanghai Shenhua this season in the Chinese Super League. He has also played for the China national football team and scored the important goal against Palestine to send them to the Asian Cup finals in 2007. He missed the 2006 Asian Games in Doha due to injury. His strength is his fast and effective wing play.
His speed, strength, confidence and intelligent ball control make him one of the best wingers in China. He also has a strong shot.
