Manuele Blasi (born 17 August 1980 in Civitavecchia, Rome) is an Italian footballer who is currently playing for S.S.C. Napoli of Italian Serie A.

A centre midfielder, Blasi made his Serie A debut for AS Roma in a league match against Piacenza on 22 January 2000.
Manuele Blasi has been playing for the Italian national team, for which he debuted on 18 August 2004 in a friendly match against Iceland.
