Manchester Regional High School is a comprehensive, four-year public high school and regional school district serving students in grades 9 - 12 from three communities in Passaic County, New Jersey, United States. The school serves students from Haledon, North Haledon, and Prospect Park.[2] The school is located in Haledon. Students from North Haledon attend the district as part of a sending/receiving relationship with the North Haledon School District.
As of the 2005-06 school year, the school had an enrollment of 767 students and 62.2 classroom teachers (on an FTE basis), for a student-teacher ratio of 12.3.[1]
The district participates in the Interdistrict Public School Choice Program, which allows non-resident students to attend the district's schools without cost to their parents, with tuition paid by the state. Available lots are announced annually by grade.[3]

The Manchester Regional High School Falcons compete in the 13-member Bergen-Passaic Scholastic League (BPSL)[4], comprised of private and public high schools located in Bergen County and Passaic County.

MRHS was featured as the school in the independent film, Twelve and Holding.

- Angela Atwood (1949-1974), founding member of the Symbionese Liberation Army.[5]
- Bruce Baumgartner, Four-time Olympic medal winner in wrestling, two gold, one silver and one bronze.[6]
- Bruce Huther (1954-), former linebacker in the NFL for the Dallas Cowboys, Cleveland Browns, and the Chicago Bears.[7]
