Malaii (Khmer: ម៉ាល័យ) is a district (srok) in the southwest of Banteay Meanchey Province, in north-western Cambodia.

Neighboring districts are (from the northeast clockwise) Ou Chrov and Mongkol Borei of Banteay Meanchey province, and Sampov Loun of Battambang Province. To the east and north is the Thai province Sa Kaeo.
