The influence of Love to Infinity can be felt strongly in the current revival of piano-led, music-heavy Dance tracks that are dominating the Club Charts and crossing over into mainstream Top 40 airplay. Since the mid90's the band regularly performed at the legendary Hacienda club, notching up 12 appearances in one year around the time of their first Top 40 hit 'Keep Love Together'(1995). Starting with Melanie Williams, fresh from her huge hit with Sub Sub, "Ain't No Love (Ain't No Use)", the duo took her first solo track "All Cried Out" and turned it into a disco/Salsoul revival, putting her squarely on the Club map in her own right. The Love to Infinity mix gained a maximum of 5 'dancing men' in Mixmag's review, and propelled her to the top of the Club Chart. This early success led to another collaboration "Not Enough" which became a firm favorite of Junior Vasquez at the Sound Factory, New York, and also topped the DMC Club Chart. Well known for their big uplifting disco/funky house mixes ('Classic Paradise' mixes), the duo have been consistently remixing and producing Top 40 hits and Club Chart number 1s for 15 years, blending hands-in-the-air piano breaks learned at the side of their early mentor, New York DJ Bruce Forest (Better Days), with the latest sounds of today's dance floor. Grammy nominated and with tracks on hundreds of cd and 12" releases, they also operate under the pseudonyms M*A*S*H, Soda Club (feature singer Ashley Jade), Urban North, and they remain a strong and respected influence on the current dance scene.

Sited by many DJs and upcoming remixers as a major influence, including Top 10 vocalist Kelly Llorenna (also N-Trance), who is the most recent addition to the band, this Manchester based team also produced Aretha Franklin's "A Rose is Still a Rose " house production, with Aretha Franklin commenting that she was 'amazed' with the result. The track went on to sell more than 500,000 copies in the US and top the Billboard Club Chart. The duo also were in the production seats for Take That's first ever studio session.

Love to Infinity's Top 40 singles and Club Chart success has found many imitators over the years, with the pioneering Salsoul/club hybrid sound becoming almost the benchmark for funky house-led pop.

The first production released was single "Saviour" on Big Life Records in 1993, featuring singer Louise Bailey. This was followed by "Somethin' outta Nothin'" on the underground imprint Pigeon Pie.
