Logan Bailly (born December 27, 1985 in Liège) is a Belgian football goalkeeper who currently plays for K.R.C. Genk. He arrived from Standard Liège in 2002. For the duration of the 2003-04 season, Bailly was on loan at K. Beringen-Heusden-Zolder, along with ten other Genk players[1].
Bailly replaced Jan Moons as Genk's first-choice goalkeeper at the beginning of the 2006-07 season; he has played 90 minutes in every single Belgian League match for the club this season (with one match remaining). He has kept 14 clean sheets and received no bookings[2]. His performance has contributed to Genk's surprising second-place finish, beating out clubs such as Club Brugge, who had won the league twice in the past four seasons.
[edit] International career
He has been called up to the full Belgium national team[3], but he remains uncapped. He is, however, the first-choice goalkeeper for the Belgium U-21 side[4], and was named in a provisional 30-man squad for the UEFA Under-21 Championship in 2007[5].
[edit] Personal life
Logan Bailly was voted Belgium's "Stud of the Year" for 2007 and has a legion of female fans.
