Locust Music

Locust Music is a Chicago-based independent record label founded in 2001. Its roster includes Apothecary Hymns, Begushkin, Cast King, Coach Fingers, Ethan Rose, Fazzini, Function, Gamelan Son of Lion, Henry Flynt, Josephine Foster, Kill The Vultures, Lau Nau, Ramon Sender, Sir Richard Bishop, Starless & Bible Black and Steffen Basho-Junghans. It has also released recordings by Alan Watts, Allen Ginsberg, Timothy Leary, Michael Hurley, Matmos, J.P. Pickens and Gene Estribou.
