Live In Rio is the fourth DVD of the Mexican group RBD. The DVD has had several release dates, though the official release date was February 2, 2007 in Brazil.[3] According to Amazon.com, the DVD had a U.S. release on March 20 2007.[2] The DVD debuted at number 10 in Brazil[4] selling 25,000 copies.[5] It then moved up to number 5 and peaked at number one in its third week.[4]

According to EMI, no one of the members of the group wants the DVD to be edited, in other words, they don't want the DVD to miss any song of the show. In addition, it will have extra content like clips, interviews and a lot more of the other concerts they offered around Brazil.
The Live In Rio DVD includes 13 concerts in 12 Brazilian cities like São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Porto Alegre, Belo Horizonte and Fortaleza. It follows RBD through their Brazil Tour in October 2006. This concert was shot on October 8th of 2006 at the Monumental Stadium Mario Filho (Maracanã).
An official cd pressing was made on Mexico, but was not on sale, just distributed to radio.
