Liu Haiguang (Chinese:柳海光) (born July 11, 1963) is a former Chinese football player.
Liu is one of the earliest Chinese footballers in European clubs. He play in Yugoslavian club FK Partizan in 1988, with Jia Xiuquan, another Chinese footballer.
He scores 36 goals for China national football team, that the second topscorer only behind Hao Haidong.[1]
After retired, He became a businessman and founded 4 children football clubs.
