Lita Nurlita (born Bandung, West Java; 1 November 1983) is a female badminton player from Indonesia.
Nurlita competed in badminton at the 2004 Summer Olympics in women's doubles with partner Jo Novita. They had a bye in the first round and were defeated by Zhang Jiewen and Yang Wei of China in the round of 16.

When he was young, he joined the SGS Bandung badminton club. The parents name of Nurlita is Kristiana (father) and Lilis Nurhayati (mother). His hobby is listening music. Generally people called him Lita.
