[edit] Deletion
As I created this page, it's obvious I would oppose its deletion.
My reason for this is that Wikipedia is supposed to be an exhaustive encyclopedia providing information on all topics as detailed as possible. That's supposed to be the mantra of Wikipedia. As the bibliography was deleted from the Colin Thiele page, I found it necessary to detail the bibliography of the Author, as it's position is essential.
I'm going to remove the deletion but place instead a WP: Australia and note that its content is of importance to Australian literature enthusiasts. Lincalinca 00:15, 11 September 2006 (UTC)
- Very well. However, I will now submit the article to WP:AFD to for wider discussion. There is no precedent in Wikipedia for such an article and I oppose creating one.--cj | talk 06:18, 11 September 2006 (UTC)
- Also, I have removed the importance rating from the {{WP Australia}} tag. I do not agree that this article is of "mid-importance" under the importance guidelines.
