Anybody know that name of the play Eggbert Souse directed in The Bank Dick? -Litefantastic 00:12, 7 May 2004 (UTC)

Anybody know the name of the media corporation in either the movie Network or the Schwarteneiger movie Running Man? mydogategodshat 14:55, 7 May 2004 (UTC)

FTR (BLTN, right?) those are both at List of fictional television stations. - Keith D. Tyler ΒΆ 17:34, 14 March 2006 (UTC)

I believe Playpen magazine has also appeared on Night Court. I believe it was a prop for a generic men's/porno magazine and may have been used on more than just Married with Children.--YoungFreud 06:01, 3 Aug 2004 (UTC)

Can anyone think of a better name for this page? There aren't really any companies or events on it, and "List of fictional movies, tv shows, and publications" is a bit awkward. Or perhaps it should be broken up into separate articles for each? MakeRocketGoNow 23:47, 25 Aug 2004 (UTC)

List of fictional entertainment? Something involving "entertainment" perhaps, since most of the items here are entertainment (tv shows, movies, magazines, plays, etc.) KeithTyler 00:01, Aug 26, 2004 (UTC)
Most, but not all. There's also news media listed. I think "List of fictional media" would probably cover it. Or we could just seperate it out. Daibhid C 16:20, 8 Sept, 2004
Move to List of fictional media then? - KeithTyler

Is "Split Beaver" magazine an creation of John Irving? An early story of his was originally published in a low budget mens mag and he included that as a chapter in a book (Garp?) that a character was reading.

[edit] Splitting page

Ok, since I brought up the split I'll start the discussion. I noticed that the newspaper section already has it's own article (List of fictional newspapers), but it needs updated. I'll transfer everything from that section to that page. Fictional magazines could have it's own page, as could slogans and comics (which would also have comic strips on it). That leaves plays. It's a small section, but we could try it on it's own page for now and see if anything else comes up to add to it. I'll go ahead with all that right now and see how it works out. :) Tartan 16:19, 28 January 2007 (UTC)

Just about done now, only slogans to move, but I'm not sure about what to name the page for it so I'll leave it till tomorrow. Any suggestions? Some of the slogans aren't for fictional companies, but for products so "List of slogans for fictional companies" or "...products", so I'm not sure. Also, should this page just be made into a redirct page to here, or be left as a disambiguation page of it's own? If it's the latter then I've already taken down most of the links to "List of fictional media" so they would have to be put back up. Tartan 20:00, 28 January 2007 (UTC)
Also noticed I forgot the radio shows section. I don't think it should just be deleted, but I'm not sure if it's big enough to have it's own article. If no one suggests/does anything with it I'll just make a stub thread for it and hopefully find some additions for it soon. Tartan 22:05, 28 January 2007 (UTC)
