Here's the method I used: * Used [[Special:Log/newusers]] to identify a single offensive username. I looked up the IP address. * Searched the recentchanges table for edits with that IP address. The result was Jeremy Hanson. * Searched for IP addresses with that username. The user was coming from all over the 71.107.0.0/16 subnet. * Searched for all account creations from that /16. * Removed some of the entries that could have been false positives. Hence in the log below, some of the rows are missing. The first row below is a homograph, Psy%D1%81honaut in URL form.
