Lew Bryson

Lewis M. Bryson III (born February 14, 1959) is an American beer and whiskey writer. He is the managing editor of Malt Advocate magazine, with regular contributions to Ale Street News, BeverAge magazine, and New Brewer Magazine.
Bryson has become a prolific writer on beer, brewing, and American whiskey. In addition to writing regular columns and features for a number of magazines and authoring three books on regional breweries, he maintains an extensive website of beer and brewing news.
He is an outspoken advocate of lowering the American drinking age to 18.[citation needed]
