I deleted the message concerning the deletion of this page. Several sources are as follows:

"Thieves' World- The Threat of the New Global Network of Organized Crime" by Claire Sterling, Simon & Shuster, N.Y., N.Y., 1994. "The fact that scarecely anyone outside Russia has heard of the Great Ruble Scam may be explained partly by its seemingly unbelievable details, but partly, too, by Western reluctance to touch exquisitely sensitive political nerves." (Page 177.)

I agree that it is doubtful that one person can have access to trillions of dollars and that this may be merely another conspiracy theory. However, supporters of Mr. Wanta, despite their credibility or in-credibility, believe the media is deliberately concealing information about Wanta, Reagan Administration, etc.; thus explaining the lack of published information about Wanta. Nonetheless, I believe this page should not be deleted in the interest of those who are interested in Mr. Wanta. Other conspiracy theory topics have pages on wikipedia; therefore, why shouldn't this be one of them? Do the UFO theories prove that UFOs are aliens or military aircraft? Frequently not. Therefore, this page does not have to prove whether theories concerning Wanta are true. It may at least document his life and subsequent arrest as an ordinary biography would.
