The Larchmont Metro-North Railroad station serves the residents of Larchmont, New York via the New Haven Line. Though mostly served by Stamford-originating locals, Larchmont is also the last stop on some peak hour trains originating at Harrison.
Larchmont is 18.7 miles from Grand Central Terminal and the average travel time from Grand Central is 40 minutes.
As of August 2006, weekday commuter ridership was 3,648, and there were 1,015 parking spots. [1]
It is the busiest Metro-North station between Stamford and New Rochelle. In 2001, average weekday inbound boardings were 3,584. [2]
