"Labels or Love" is the second official single from pop/R&B singer Fergie's solo album reissue The Dutchess: Deluxe (2008). Also the song is in the official soundtrack for the motion picture Sex and the City: The Movie. It also samples parts of the Sex and the City theme song. The song was released on Brazil in May 4, 2008 after a exclusive premiere on Jovem Pan FM, one of the major radio stations in Brazil. The song will be officially released on USA and Australian radios in June 3, 2008 as The Dutchess latest single. "Labels or Love" debuted at number twenty-eight on the Australian ARIA Singles Chart, becoming Fergie's seventh consecutive top 40 hit there.
